Dear Valued Guest:

We are pleased to offer accommodation to you and your pet, and we hope you enjoy your stay! This policy is in affect for the purpose of guaranteeing you and our other guests have a pleasant stay while with us here at the Ramada on the Rideau.

Kindly review the following conditions regarding the stay of your pet.

• Pets must not be left unattended on hotel property. Guest may only leave their pet unattended within the guests’ pre-assigned room, as long as the guest remains on hotel property, ie. by the pool or the River Lounge.

• An emergency number must be given at time of check in.

• Owner takes full responsibility for any damage the pet may cause, and agrees to pay for any such damages that may occur.

• The Ramada Ottawa on the Rideau, reserves the right to evict any pet who disturbs other hotel guests in any way and no refund will be granted.

• Guest agrees to pay $30 pet fee per pet / per night in addition to quoted room rate.

• Limited pet rooms available. (Deluxe two double bed room style for pet  room only)

• While outside of rooms dogs must be on leash at all time.

• Rooms must be accessible for Housekeeping staff to clean every day for the entire length of stay.
